Karachi Real Estate Agents Directory (KREAD) registers all real estate agents, property dealers and property developers operating in any area of Pakistan.

How to List a Firm

KREAD staff takes utmost care to insert error-free information; human error, however, is possible; therefore it is responsibility of the firm to check that all information have been inserted correctly once confirmation message is received. Any reported error will be corrected within 7 working days.

You are strongly advised to inform us by email, phone or SMS about any change in information that takes place in future. We update the changes within 7-15 days without any extra charges.

t is charged annually to list in KREAD.
Payment: We do not charge service charges in advance. You only pay when your information, upon your request, are added in the KREAD.
Annual payment must be paid within 7 days after receiving confirmation message. If the payment is not made within 7 days, we reserve the right to remove your firm information from the directory without informing you.

You must pay the due amount by postal money order, bank cheque or direct deposit in our bank account as mentioned on the registration web page.

No claims of refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

At any time if you no longer wish to be listed in our directory, you may send us request by email or SMS. Only contact person using the same land phone number, mobile number or email may make such requests. After verifying that the request is made from the genuine source, we remove your information within 7 days. No refunds will be made.

Property customers of our clients must note that we are only listing information about property dealers operating in Lahore, Pakistan; however we neither verify the information nor check credibility of listed firms; hence we could not provide more information other than what our clients have provided to us.
We provide free service to post your advertisement on our website.

a) You may advertise on our website on the prescribed cost.
b) No obscene advertisement material is accepted.
c) No discriminatory advertisement material is accepted.
d) Advertising banner should not be more than 100 kb.
e) We take advertisement payments in advance.
f) No refund for the advertisement once they are displayed on our website.
